Transformation: Week 2

This week I ran into a minor setback.

I didn’t make it to the gym Monday morning because on Sunday night I decided to stay up late to work on my blog.  During the week, I try to get to bed around 9:15pm because my day starts at 4:30am on the days I go to the gym.  I ended up going to bed probably around 11-11:30pm which is way later than I intended.  I’ve been trying my best to stay consistent with following my sleep schedule to ensure that I get at least 7 hours of sleep.  That’s been my biggest challenge thus far but just trying to improve one day at a time.

Since I missed Monday, I didn’t make a big deal about and just decided that I would make up the day and workout Wed, Thurs and Fri.  I capped off the week with a great workout Friday morning.  Despite the little setback I had earlier this week, and traffic coming into work wasn’t as crazy this week like most I would say it was a good week overall. My main goal now is to remain focused and motivated, can’t wait to move on to Week 3.
