Winter Must Haves

As 2018 comes to a close, here’s a quick recap of popular trends in Women’s fashion…

Plenty of new trends have hit the scene this season for women.  We’ve seen the cold shoulder style, corduroy, and puffer vests once again but some of the more popular items are original and a breath of fresh air.

Velvet has made a serious comeback, in addition to bell sleeved inspired tops, metallic prints, and let’s not forget the fur vest!  While many of these “newer” trends are fun staples to add to your wardrobe, continued trends that never go out of style include oversized sweaters, plaid print, and sweater dresses.  The warmer colors that never disappoint each Winter are the classic cream, burgundy, and olive, but mustards and burnt orange are also on the rise.

Last but not least whats an outfit without the proper accessories?  Trendy loafers, knee-high boots, printed scarfs, boho bags, and tassel earrings round out this recap and quick style guide for Winter Women’s fashion in 2018.

As much as I think I have a grip on Women’s fashion, I’ll never know more than my beautiful wife. She’s an amazing stylist and I admire her outlook on fashion.  I just wanted to take this opportunity to show her some love and give her credit for co-creating this post.  Hopefully, we can collaborate again and The Social Introvert can be blessed with more of her stylist expertise.
